This condo has been totally renovated as of Feb 2024 and has a brand new HVAC System!
Beach House is a family oriented, well maintained low density complex. The property boasts many family activities with an oversized pool, smaller kid's pool, shuffleboards, lighted tennis courts, game room with many game machines, exercise room, an extensive hiking biking trail accessed by just crossing the street, a club house with assorted board games, tv's, and computer access. The huge beachfront offers wide areas for spreading out and constructing endless sand structures. With so many options there's constant opportunity for family fun!
The complex resides on 650 feet of pristine beachfront-the largest per unit on the entire Emerald Coast. The private pool is heated and has a separate kiddy pool, and gazebo for relaxing. There is a large separate club house conveniently located near the pools.
Beach House 202C has a wonderful Gulf view from the second-floor balcony from which to enjoy the comfortable Adirondack patio furniture. The totally renovated kitchen features a lovely blue tiled backsplash, all new stainless kitchen appliances, new cabinets and countertops! The new oven has also functions as an air fryer and the new fridge has a dual ice maker. Beyond that, it's fully equipped with everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room features upscale contemporary furnishings brand new flooring with a nice area rug and opens out onto the Gulf front balcony. There is a new leather sofa which pulls out into a queen bed and new leather loveseat. The updated dining table seats six and additional seating for three is available at the bar. The master bedroom furnishings consist of a lovely dark hardwood set featuring a king bed, interior wood blinds, and hardwood floor. The lamps are dimmable with built in USB charging ports and an AC power outlet. The guest bedroom has both a built in twin over twin bunk (extra long twin mattresses) and queen bed, interior plantation shutters and all new flooring as well. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, upgraded lighting, and new floors. The master bathroom has a beautifully tiled contemporary walk-in shower, a new vanity, and superior vanity lighting! Each of the bedrooms have high quality Smart TV's with login capabilities for apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and more. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with app login capabilities as well. For your convenience, you will find a washer and dryer in this unit.

We couldnt ask for a better group of people at Beach Escapes. Lakin is the absolute best. We have worked with her and the staff since 2022. We have already reserved our stay at the Beach House in February 2025 at 301 A where we stayed in 2022. We loved the view just a little more in that condo.

The remodel to the unit was remarkable. All new appliances etc. I hope all those who stay there treat it like their own home like we did. Even though there was maintenance being done to the building its looking great. The workers did a wonderful job and seemed to always clean up on a daily basis and were courteous to us. The young gentleman that runs the La Dolce Vita beach services from March 1 until we left was great. An extremely hard worker with a pleasant. Thank you see you in 2025.

We rented through VRBO (which I hate) so any further inquiries will be made directly to Beach esscapes. We didnt have any contact with anyone, but the process was very smooth. Youre welcome to call me if anything needs clarification, but I am a satisfied customer.

202C was absolutely perfect for two people, and we had room for another couple had we chosen to bring friends. The beds were comfortable, towels were surprisingly plush, and the property was very clean.
But what about the view? It was incredible. The condo is two doors down from the elevator and stairs which is far enough away so that there isnt any noise, but close enough to slip out down to the car or the beach.
One of the advantages of renting 202C is that it is an actual local property management company, so there are additional items in the condo that you might not find among the standard issue of cups dishes glasses etc. We were pleasantly surprised to find a roll of aluminum foil and salt and pepper shakers useful among other things.
The rooms were quiet at night unless you elected to crack the window on the beach side to listen to the waves, but otherwise everything was peaceful and quiet.
Price to value was perfect, the location is right in the heart of Destin, and the beaches were not overly crowded.
We will definitely consider Beachhouse 202C for future visits to Destin!
