The property/room were perfect. The room was updated and the property was private and secluded. The resort amenities were a great bonus.

Great Management Team at Beach Escapes!

The gorgeous beach is why we come! The view is amazing and we love the free beach chair/umbrella service on the private beach area. Very modern and clean. Beds are comfy, bath towels are spa-like. The provided beach towels made packing for my family easier. Kitchen is well stocked. Kids love the bunk beds and the smart TVs.

From the minute I booked this unit, there was very clear communication regarding our stay.

I would live in this unit if I could. It was beautiful inside and out. It was beautifully decorated and furnished. Seems to have been recently remodeled. All appliances were great! My kids RAVED about the mattresses in the guest room and now want them at home! We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone, and will definitely return!

The condo was absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and was a quiet place overall. I loved being right across from the beach and having easy access to shopping and groceries.

We couldnt ask for a better group of people at Beach Escapes. Lakin is the absolute best. We have worked with her and the staff since 2022. We have already reserved our stay at the Beach House in February 2025 at 301 A where we stayed in 2022. We loved the view just a little more in that condo.

The remodel to the unit was remarkable. All new appliances etc. I hope all those who stay there treat it like their own home like we did. Even though there was maintenance being done to the building its looking great. The workers did a wonderful job and seemed to always clean up on a daily basis and were courteous to us. The young gentleman that runs the La Dolce Vita beach services from March 1 until we left was great. An extremely hard worker with a pleasant. Thank you see you in 2025.

Beach Escapes is a small boutique rental company that when you talk with them you are dealing with 2 people only!!! Geoffrey and Liken. It is such a easy group to work with and they remember who you are if you are repeating renters. We hear so many disgruntled renters stories from our friends that they are not happy with the company that they rent through and it's because alot of the other companies have gotten so big they don't really know who you are. Beach Escapes knows us and we THAT IS why we stay with them.

Our children and grandchildren have been joining us at villa Coyaba for the last 14 years and they are without a doubt the reason why we continue our renting in the condo. We won't go anywhere else! It is always Best to rent directly through beach Escapes! NOT through other websites

Geoff Braken has been extremely helpful in arranging our stay for two months last year and this year. He has gone above and beyond to accommodate our request for a condo next January and February. I would highly recommend Beach Escapes Realty.
