Brand new wood plank tile flooring currently being installed along with new furniture. South Bay by the Gulf is a beautiful resort ideally located right in the center of Destin. This spacious resort offers over 300 feet of beautiful, private beach. This 3 bedrooom/2.5 bath unit has everything you need to make a memorable vacation. The first floor is home to a fully stocked kitchen, living room / dining room area, a half bathroom and a spacious deck. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The unit has a washer and dryer.
Walk out your back door and you are steps away from the pool and Tennis court. The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving, week of Christmas, and February-March. Just a short walk and you are on the white sand beaches enjoying those beautiful emerald gulf waters! This unit is on beach side of 98. No streets to cross to the beach!
Complex amenities include a beautiful 5 acre freshwater fishing lake, 2 pools and 2 kiddie pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, beach volley ball, and BBQ pits. There are world class restaurants and great shopping within walking distance the the complex

We want to send our utmost thank you for another amazing family trip to Destin. We cannot be more grateful for the location and the amenities of your beautiful condo and the gorgeous sunshine and beach we were able to enjoy once again.
We LOVED the new couch, the beautiful white towels, having dish soap/paper towels/toilet paper/etc to start off. The closet full of beach chairs and sand toys are such a great bonus. The WiFi and TV stations all worked smoothly and the fans and air conditioning units in all the rooms are super handy for those warm nights. Having access to the vacuum and the broom is also very helpful for a young family who tracks in sand and snacks. We are so appreciative of the beach chairs and umbrella that Taylor had ready for us each morning. All in all, awesome trip!

House was clean and fully prepared. We received gate and house codes well before our stay, they both worked perfectly. We had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was nice, the pictures are accurate. The rooms were good size and well furnished. More than enough plates, glasses and utensils. The dishwasher, washer and dryer worked well and were very convenient.

Loved the location. The pool is literally steps away which was very convenient since we had 4 girls ages 3 to 12 who loved to go swimming several times a day. The beach also is a very short walk. Beautiful beach. The condo had the perfect setup for our family. We had a great time and would rent again. Ps. Didn't rate dealing with a property manager since we had no issues our entire stay.

Perfect location and very comfortable! Wild dolphins came up to us while swimming short distance from beach. The pool is right outside and was never crowded.
Notes
A 25% deposit of the total rate holds the unit for you and is applied toward your rental fee. Add $175 for housekeeping and 12% for tax. There is a $69 damage protection fee, $40 booking fee and 3% to process credit card payments.
