We found the experience of booking and and paying for our trip to be very easy and affordable. E-mails were returned promptly and questions answered clearly.

We really love staying at Gulf Place. The beach is not crowded at the Gulf Place entry across from the Cabanas and the public beach facilities are clean and well maintained. Our unit was in great shape and there are several nice place to eat and relax right on property or just across the street.

Easy transaction. Setup as advertised. no surprises

The property was nice and clean. Decorations were great an homey. Plenty of room for the family. Didn't have any problems with the appliances that we used. Very well kept. Had everything we needed to prepare meals. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Had a great time. The pool was very nice and just across the street. Very convenient. Loved it!

I will definitely book with Beach Escape Rentals next time we go to Sandestin and let our friends that vacation in Sandestin know as well.

Loved the Luau unit, with only 2 of us it was larger than we needed but now that we've stayed I think we may invite our adult children to come down next year, if they can get away from work. The bedding was great and very comfortable and updated. The only complaint is the shower curtains were really "sour" smelling when we first arrived, we did put it in the washer (we had to) and that did take away the smell, but was pretty bad until we washed it. Was surprised the cleaning crew did not notice.Overall everything else was very very clean.

The view was great! Good location to restaurants, beach, and bike trail which we used quite often! It was very clean and comfortable which is very important to us.

Loved it! As i mentioned above, the booking staff was excellent. They were quick to respond to our questions, offered recommendations which made the experience very pleasant. The three story house gave our three families room to spread out yet enjoy much needed time together. We were surprised to find an entire closet full of beach and pool toys. The inflatable shark and small floaty turtle were a hit with our grandsons. We appreciated the board games stowed away in the closets and loved the multiple porches and decks where we could sip coffee in the morning sun or sit at night and listen to the frogs and birds.

Great place Had everything we wanted and needed. We enjoyed the pool, gym, and extra large bath. Was great having a kitchen as well.

My family had the pleasure of spending the week after Easter 2018 in Hidden Dunes Villa 40. The villa met or exceeded our every expectation! The decor and furnishings are modern, bright, and cheery. The kitchen was well-equipped with top-notch appliances, cookware, and utensils. The location on the lake provided a wonderful view from the comfortably furnished screened-in sunroom. The gulf's beautiful beach and crystal clear waters are only a short stroll down a paved pathway - no need to cross busy streets! The heated pool just a few steps from the front door is an added bonus for the times when weather is a bit cool. The owners as well as the property management staff were very attentive and hospitable. We received phone calls checking on us upon arrival asking if things were satisfactory and if we had any needs that they could address. For us, all was good - make that GREAT! As for the Hidden Dunes resort specifically, it is conveniently located in the Miramar Beach area with great shopping, dining, golfing, and family entertainment nearby - no need to fight the "Destin Congestion" a few miles west. The resort's tennis courts are wonderfully maintained. The area containing the basketball court, horse shoe pit, corn-hole boards is well-lit and a great spot for the kids to burn off energy at night - or anytime the need arises! My family highly recommends HD Villa 40 to those who want a relaxing, fun, and comfortable stay along the Emerald coast. You won't be disappointed!
