Welcome to the Coral Cottage, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach retreat that welcomes you
with open arms from the moment you step onto its inviting front porch – a haven for basking in the sun
and unwinding on leisurely days!
Freshly renovated in 2023, this single-story sanctuary offers a contemporary coastal aesthetic with
brand-new furnishings, a sleek gourmet kitchen, and fully updated bathrooms. Upon entering, you'll
discover a generous open floor plan, characterized by lofty ceilings and a relaxed ambiance, perfect for
unwinding.
The living area, furnished with stylish yet comfortable pieces, invites you to sink into plush seating while
enjoying entertainment on the wall-mounted Smart TV (with basic cable) or immersing yourself in music
via the Sonos sound system. Just steps away, the chef’s kitchen awaits with its modern amenities,
including a spacious center island with seating for four or more. Crafted with culinary adventures in
mind, the kitchen boasts high-end appliances such as a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Induction Wolf cooktop,
gourmet Wolf oven, Wolf microwave, and Asko dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen, a roomy dining
area comfortably seats six, making family meals a delightful affair.
This charming retreat accommodates up to 6 guests across its 3 bedrooms, each promising a peaceful
night's sleep. In the master bedroom suite, unwind in comfort on a luxurious king-sized bed, surrounded
by tastefully selected furnishings and subtle coastal accents. Refresh yourself in the newly renovated
bathroom, featuring a spacious glass-enclosed walk-in double rain shower, adorned with Ann Sacks tile
and terrazzo flooring. A double vanity provides ample space and functionality for your daily routines,
ensuring each moment is one of relaxation and rejuvenation.
Two additional bedrooms await, sharing a thoughtfully designed bathroom for added convenience. The
first bedroom, a cozy bunkroom, features two twin over full bunks – ideal for a kids' retreat! Meanwhile,
the second bedroom offers a snug queen-sized bed, providing a tranquil escape for peaceful nights by
the beach. Both rooms are equipped with wall-mounted smart TVs, ensuring entertainment for all.
For longer stays this home offers a full-sized laundry center.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels,
and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and
soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
Beach towels are available for guest use.
Pack ‘n Play is available for your use. Beach Cart and chairs are also available. We do recommend
utilizing White Diamonds Beach Service for your stay as an extra convenience.
* This home only allows for 6 guests per Walton County and the neighborhood HOA. This includes
infants. This is strictly enforced. Please note that if you are in violation of this, the surplus of
guest will have to make other accommodations and/or forfeit the rental fee.
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property
* No RVs, boats, trailers, or motorcycles allowed.
* Rental golf carts are not allowed.
* Owner does have a ring doorbell and a ring camera on the driveway.

I absolutely loved this house. Now, its an older home but lots of charm. The decor is adorable and beachy. I felt so relaxed in this house. The driveway is a little nerve racking pulling into in a Honda Odyssey because of the narrowness of the iron gate but I cant imagine if wed been in a tahoe or truck. We had everything we needed: tubes, beach chairs, boogie board (though peeling apart it still worked fine), sams toys, beach umbrella, dishes, grill, plenty of trash cans outside, private backyard, and a close pool. The walk to the pool or beach is beautiful, though it felt longer and longer each day in the heat. Lovely rich gated safe neighborhood. Strict hoa rules but keeps the streets looking beautiful. Loved the location though in peak season it can be difficult to pull out of the neighborhood with a construction, but imagine this will help the flow of traffic once completed. We would definitely stay again!

This is a wonderful vacation home! We enjoyed our stay very much. It was the perfect place for our family - we liked being close to grocery stores, dining and shopping yet having the quiet, gated neighborhood.
I would be interested in purchasing this home if the owner Thinks about selling in the future.

Enjoyed our stay this week, but the week often tends to go by too fast. We loved the neighborhood and location of the property. The owners have a very nice setup that offers a very comfortable place to stay.
Notes
Add $180 for housekeeping and 12% for tax. $69 Damage Protection Fee, $50 Booking Fee, 3% convenience fee on credit card payments. We require a 25% down payment upon booking. Final Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
