Very nice condo with excellent access to the beach The condo was very nice and spacious. Very easy access to the beach and pool. Very close to all attractions in/around Destin.

We had a great stay at this condo. The view is great, great large balcony and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Property looks exactly as advertised, if not more beautiful. The kids were thrilled to find the closets and drawers full of books, puzzles, games and outdoor toys. The place has everything you would want from a beachfront vacation. Would stay here over and over again.

The property was great, but the communication from Beach Escapes was also top of the line. In addition to what I needed to know logistically, they made great recommendations for our stay.

We continued to talk about the small things that add up to make it so great. Keyless entry, defined parking spaces with quick access to the elevator, pool area spotlessly clean, easy access to the beach, attentive beach chair and umbrella staff, the room being stocked with not just amazing kitchen wares but also with fun things for kids, and MORE!

Only one question for the staff and they answered promptly, even on a Sunday!

This condo was in perfect condition when we arrived. It was clean and smelled fresh. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. It was also in close proximity to the beach. Perfect layout for a large family.

Perfect location and worth the cost Great place. Great view of pool to keep an eye on kids. Basically across the street from the beach. A+

A group of 5 of us stayed for a weeklong friends getaway & the space was exactly what we were looking for: - Great location (~5 min to beach, from cul de sac walk straight, then left to the main road where Tom Thumb and beach access entry point are) - Lots of fun spots nearby by car (recommend Idyll Hounds brewery, Great Southern Cafe in Seaside, the Hub, Georges at Alys Beach, Blue Mountain Beach Creamery) - Air conditioning and wifi were perfect - Great table and kitchen bar to congregate - Pool/grill access (mostly kids/families) - Enough bath towels - Best sleeps 4 people - Very responsive management throughout If youll be spending time cooking & grilling, there are plenty of plateware/cups/silverware but youll need to bring basic spices and plastic Tupperware if you want to bring anything to the beach. Overall, we LOVED our stay and had no issues throughout. Well be back!

Our stay at this Dune Allen property was amazing. The house was very clean, modern & cute. Very short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! Maintenance was also extremely accommodating. I believe we only had one small issue and the lady immediately came fix it. :)

The kitchen was fully equipped and furniture was amazing. I love nature so the private balcony view was amazing. I have no complaints about anything! I loved every bit of it. I will be booking again next summer

Felt safe in this location and with guard/gated entrance. Spacious condo for the 3 of us to enjoy our vacation. Near the pool but not too close to hear the noise of the activities. Short walk to ocean. Beautiful pond with fountain along the walk.

All of the management staff were friendly and very responsive. Months before traveling, we received several beach recommendations (distance, and how it would be with three small children). We greatly appreciated those notes and found them to be very helpful.

Thank you for making the rental process so easy (and fun). The house was great! My kids werent happy to leave- they would have stayed another week or two. The beds were comfortable, the towels were soft and the dryer and washer worked great. It was so nice to have so many kitchen appliances and tools we loved the Tupperware because it made going to the beach very easy. The location was perfect! We loved being so close to the pool. The pool staff attendants were friendly and my children always enjoyed saying hello. In addition, we loved all beach chairs, tent, and wagon. It made going to the beach very easy! We will for sure be back. 30A is a special place :)
