I absolutely loved this house. Now, its an older home but lots of charm. The decor is adorable and beachy. I felt so relaxed in this house. The driveway is a little nerve racking pulling into in a Honda Odyssey because of the narrowness of the iron gate but I cant imagine if wed been in a tahoe or truck. We had everything we needed: tubes, beach chairs, boogie board (though peeling apart it still worked fine), sams toys, beach umbrella, dishes, grill, plenty of trash cans outside, private backyard, and a close pool. The walk to the pool or beach is beautiful, though it felt longer and longer each day in the heat. Lovely rich gated safe neighborhood. Strict hoa rules but keeps the streets looking beautiful. Loved the location though in peak season it can be difficult to pull out of the neighborhood with a construction, but imagine this will help the flow of traffic once completed. We would definitely stay again!

Clean condo and helpful staff. Great location.

We felt we got an incredible value with this property. We went with my husband, 14 yr old daughter, and 17 yr old son. The decor is clean and beachy. We liked the location - we rode bikes up to Seaside where all the action is when we felt like it, and every morning we rode to the smoothie shop just up the road. The main beach we used was a short walk away - typically my husband would drop us and all the stuff off and then hed bike back to us- a very short process. I plan to send the link to several friends who are looking to come next summer.

Perfect location. Spacious condo, well appointed kitchen with beautiful views of the bay. We love to stay in this location because of Easy access to the beach and a pool that the kids Love when we dont all want to get sandy. Really enjoyed our much needed vacation.

The condo was awesome, great location, super clean, great views of the Gulf! We could walk anywhere we wanted to go!

Prompt, friendly, very helpful.

Condo was clean, updated, and in a nice community. Pool was great. It was close to the beach; however, if you rent umbrella and chairs from recommended place, the location on the beach is quite the walk. There was a golf cart shuttle, but it was not as convenient as just the short walk to the beach. Overall, we made it work, and had a wonderful time.

This property is absolutely stunning. Our family of 6 had had amble room and having 4 bathrooms was a blessing. No fighting over bathroom time! The kitchen was very clean, with new appliances and very well stocked with all the kitchen gadgets needed for cooking for our family of 6. The furniture is very well taken care of and the cute decor throughout, gives it such a wonderful beach feel. The property has a wonderful balcony, perfect for a morning coffee! Another thing about this property that I really appreciated! EVERYTHING had a spot and was marked with a small label, which indicated where things were or needed to go - loved it!! I could go on about the creature comforts of the home, but Ill save the excitement for there next review! Heavenly vacation home that our family will definitely be back soon!!

Fantastic condo. Weve vacationed at many different condos all along the gulf coast - this one is one of our favorites! The owners keep it well stocked as far as pots and pans,etc. Love the area- we would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Gulf Place Cabanas 401! It really felt like a home away from home.

Highly recommend this rental company. No problems at all. Clean, very well maintained and nicely appointed. Cant go wrong. We look forward to using their services again for our Florida vacations.

My family of 5 stays in Destin 1 - 2 times per year. This is by far my favorite place. This condo was not large, but it was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped. What set this place apart was the LOCATION. This is by far the best location I have stayed at. The beach was such a short walk that we did not pack our lunch - we just took the short walk back to the condo for lunch. The view of the Gulf was amazing. My son enjoyed sitting out on the front balcony each night. The view from the back balcony was an amazing lake. We enjoyed watching the turtles. We want to stay here again soon!
