Beautiful location and terrific property. Destin has too much traffic, but this property gives you easy access to a great beach, but in a quiet beach community. Also, only 18 miles to all Destin activities, if that what you need.

The 401 condo at Gulfplace has it all - fully stocked kitchen, gulf views, corner unit, top floor. Comfortable beds and location make it the only place you'll ever want to stay in 30A.

Lovely well maintained and well equipped condo. Easy Walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, easy bike ride to seaside. We enjoyed our stay, spent most of our time at the beach. Overall a great spot and would definitely return. Very clean.

Talked to a couple of different team members while we were there due to some cable maintenance that had to be done. Very friendly and kept us informed of the workers schedule that would need to access the house.

This is our 4th year staying in this same house and we love it. Its nice and well maintained for a reasonable price. Booking again for next year!

Tides Delivers Again We have now stayed at Tides 3 times and leave satisfied and pleased yet again! Enjoyed our room, pool and facilities. Grille and bar really make it nice as well. Our condo was great too. Small thing, good elevators with good speed.
