This was our sixth year at Gulf Place, four through Beach Escape Realty and have booked again for next Year. It is our "go to" Winter Get-away. A perfect spot for us.

We love the location and condo. We appreciate that the owners continue to make upgrades and improvements.

This property was gorgeous. Very clean and a spacious layout. Everything was updated and beautifully decorated. Our two families slept very comfortably. Location was close to restaurants and sights to visit. The pool was clean and spacious. Located on the beach for easy access to fun! Definitely will book again.

I love 30 A and HighPointe is in a great location. I enjoyed my extended stay at HighPointe. The condo has gotten some nice improvements, including furniture and flooring. I love the layout, the views are incredible and the location is the BEST!

We are snowbirds and always hear people complaining about their accommodations, either with the company they are renting from or the unit, itself. We have had no issues with either and we let them know about our good experience with Beach Escapes. We are very grateful!

We love Hidden Dunes and have been coming for the winter months for over 20 years. We are tennis and Pickleball players and have many friends among owners and other long term renters.

We were interested in renting the same condo for February 2023 however the one we stayed at was already rented for next year. Lakin at the office found us a different condo on the same property to rent for next year. She was GREAT. She even assisted friends of ours find a condo to rent for next February 2023 as well.

This property delivered on so many levels. Just go book right now. If you love to cook everything is there. Restaurants are a phone call away. Getting a taxi a phone call away. The community is so easy to access. The beach is right there. If fireworks is going on you can enjoy it from your balcony. Just go book this place

We rented through VRBO (which I hate) so any further inquiries will be made directly to Beach esscapes. We didnt have any contact with anyone, but the process was very smooth. Youre welcome to call me if anything needs clarification, but I am a satisfied customer.

202C was absolutely perfect for two people, and we had room for another couple had we chosen to bring friends. The beds were comfortable, towels were surprisingly plush, and the property was very clean. But what about the view? It was incredible. The condo is two doors down from the elevator and stairs which is far enough away so that there isnt any noise, but close enough to slip out down to the car or the beach. One of the advantages of renting 202C is that it is an actual local property management company, so there are additional items in the condo that you might not find among the standard issue of cups dishes glasses etc. We were pleasantly surprised to find a roll of aluminum foil and salt and pepper shakers useful among other things. The rooms were quiet at night unless you elected to crack the window on the beach side to listen to the waves, but otherwise everything was peaceful and quiet. Price to value was perfect, the location is right in the heart of Destin, and the beaches were not overly crowded. We will definitely consider Beachhouse 202C for future visits to Destin!
