If not at the pool just out the front door or at the public beach about a 7-10min walk away, this house was THE place to be. The interior felt fresh and clean. All the beds and furniture were comfortable and the AC was cold! The kitchen had everything we needed to make all our meals. The front and back porches were great places to wake up and wind down. Our stay was an A+! Well definitely be back! *when walking to the beach make sure to go straight out of the culdesac instead of left. Youll walk down a dead end neighborhood street to a side walk and cross walk to the beach access instead of having to cross 30A Froger style.

My family and I recently stayed at Topsail Village and loved it! The place was clean and a perfect size for what we needed. It was a 1 mile walk to the beach, or 2 min car ride. Close to grocery stores and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be staying here again soon!

Gulf Place Cabanas 401 is a family friendly unit with awesome gulf views! The beach setup was ideal, and the proximity to dining and shopping is great!

We loved staying at Rollin' Tide Villas. It was easy to get to. Beach access was perfect. And we loved our stay. We picked this place because it was a smaller unit and felt like we were less exposed to COVID-19 risks because of the size of the property. There were people at the pool but never an over abundance. The property exterior is well maintained. And while this seems to be an older unit, it is a great place to stay. The price was perfect and just right. We plan to return again. It was the perfect place for our family of three. So comfortable, homey and just right in every way. I cook a lot and found the kitchen to work very well for our nightly meals! Probably the best equipped kitchen we have ever used at the beach. Thank you!

The property Manager quickly, thoroughly and efficiently replied to my inquiry regarding the cancellation policy with the COVID pandemic situation changing daily. Laking was very pleasant and answered questions regarding check out.

This property lived up to our expectations! From the gorgeous 2904 unit to the view and amenities. This property is centrally located just a short driving distance from the beaches. It was great being in walking distance to Baytowne Dwarf. Beautiful property inside and out!

Direct access to beach from ground floor unit. Very clean and thankful to prior renters who left beach chairs, toys, etc. Condo had everything we needed for a family of 4 with children ages 9 & 11. Pool was clean and not over-crowded. Families on beach maintained excellent social distancing and we felt very safe being there. Also in a great community with good access to beach shops, rentals, etc. Truly enjoyed our stay and very thankful for the cleanliness of the property + the onsite site managers.

This property made for the perfect family beach vacation. Excellent location. Excellent floor plan, plenty of kitchen amenities, modern decor and cozy beds made for a wonderful stay! Close to the beach, shopping and dining. The community pool and grill Gave this property a 10/10 for us! We will be back!

We had an excellent stay! Really enjoyed staying at Topsail Village in Santa Rosa Beach. The beach access was only 1 mile away and very convenient! We also enjoyed the community pool everyday and it was right behind the unit. Will be staying here again!

The property was awesome, completely remodeled, close to the beach, easily fit the 8 people that we had, could easily fit 5 or 6 more.

The booking process was a breeze. I accidentally entered the wrong email.it was corrected immediately. We had a question about what we needed to do at checkout and received a reply immediately. Very efficient and the communication was excellent!

Didn't need anything all week. Maintenance contacted us to fix a toilet paper holder in the bathroom which must have been scheduled before we got there. He was very nice and friendly. We have never had any problems booking a condo with you guys. I appreciate your emails and text keeping us up to date.

We love this particular condo for many reasons. It is so convenient to the beach and we love the ground floor. The owners did a beautiful job renovating a few years ago. The amenities are great. So nice to have great selection of cookware and utensils. We really appreciate the addition to the box fan that was stored in the closet and the addition to the charging outlets on the bedside tables! We always have a wonderful time in 103D!
