During the reservation and payment process several members were very helpful in answering questions and suggesting services I spoke with the office after my visit to give them a few comments about our stay they were very receptive and thankful for the feedback

Rue Caribe Was a sanctuary for resting my soul and quieting my mind. I found peace and serenity among the beautiful property and beaches.

Easy to Work With and Clear Communication

We really enjoyed staying at Tides 401 condo in Tops'l. The condo was extremely clean and updated with modern finishes. Our favorite part of the condo was the large wrap around balcony with the ocean views. If you had a rainy day you could still enjoy watching the waves from the balcony. The complex also felt very safe to go to during Covid19, staff was constantly cleaning and wearing masks. We will definitely be visiting Tides 401 again soon!

We loved our stay. Great neighborhood, clean, fresh and well appointed! We stayed here through Hurricane Sally, and the nice neighbor downstairs came up and checked on us to make sure we were OK. And then Beach Escapes called us to make sure we were good and to check on the soundness of the apartment. Felt good to know that people were looking out for us Arkies who are not used to Hurricanes! Thanks so much

Our group of 6 stayed here over Labor Day weekend and we absolutely loved it! The master suite was the perfect size and we loved the fact that all the rooms had their own bathrooms. There was a washer and dryer on the top floor as well as the bottom floor. The kitchen came equipped with pretty much anything we needed and the guys really enjoyed using the living room for their video games and movies. The property manager was great to communicate with and super effective at answering any and all questions I had leading up to our stay.

This property is in a great location pool right out the front doors of the property and walking distance to Baytowne Wharf Village (even for little kids!). Each bedroom has a king size bed and I loved that there are three full size bathrooms. It was perfect for our family. Check-in was a breeze. Amazing views off the balcony. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

We loved this amazing property. It was very clean, quiet, very relaxing place to stay. We really enjoyed our family vacation! We will be back!

We had a minor call about hall bath towel bar and TP holder that fell. The staff who took our call and responded were friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful vacation home! We enjoyed our stay very much. It was the perfect place for our family - we liked being close to grocery stores, dining and shopping yet having the quiet, gated neighborhood. I would be interested in purchasing this home if the owner Thinks about selling in the future.

They were all very friendly, each time I had any interaction with any of them they are very polite, and helpful. We have a great staff.

Overall it was tremendous. Its probably the best condo or a rental property Ive ever been in. On the best Beach Ive ever been on.
