We enjoyed our stay and booked for next year.

The staff at Beach Escapes Realty was extremely responsive: I was able to check in 2 hours early upon arrival and the hairdryer was replaced promptly when I told them it was cutting off and inoperable. Overall, very pleased with their customer service!

Website made everything easy to book, straight forward and timely emails with all details needed. Easy to get a hold of someone if needed and well kept, clean property.

The property was perfect, right down to the beach, Great decorations and the home away from home feel! I felt safe with my family, condo was well kept, and clean! It had everything we needed, and we greatly enjoyed the family time!!!

I had the pleasure of speaking and dealing with Geoffrey Bracken about this rental. He was very nice, and answered all the questions that I had! He even called us the day of arrival to let us know that we could check in early and also to let us know that an air guy would be by to look at the air unit for the upstairs area, as it wasn't working. Air man came by while we were there, and he was in and out in no time and fixed the air. Awesome Service! Thanks!

The property was nothing but Amazing! It wasn't a house, but more a home because you felt the love and very welcomed as soon as you walked in the door of the house! The Decor was Fabulous! The bed in the Master Bedroom was Super Comfy! Plenty of utensils left in the kitchen!! We loved everything about this property and can't wait to return!

The entire family loved it!

The property manager, Lakin, was so pleasant and efficient. She was there to check/replace light bulbs when we arrived. We noticed we needed another chair for our family for the balcony. She promptly purchased a nice one and brought it back for us. Unfortunately, a screw in it was stripped and the seat came apart the first time it was sat in. We emailed Lakin and she came and returned the chair for another new one while we were on the beach ...so we had chairs for everyone when we came back up for lunch!

It was a nice surprise to find some beach toys and boogie boards, and games and books in the unit. We added an inflatable raft to the collection that hopefully another renter can enjoy. Overall this was a great property. High Pointe is well maintained and always felt very safe and secure. The pool was A+, having such a large beautiful pool and being steps from the beach is definitely unique for the area. This was our first visit to 30a but hopefully not our last!

Everything went smoothly, no issues

Overall I really enjoyed our stay here. The patio furniture needed replaced. The grill was very dirty. We did not use it because of the condition it was in. Which was the biggest downfall. The chairs on the balcony needed to have a couple boards repaired. The view was obscured from the palm tree so we didnt go out and sit like we was hoping on the 3rd floor. There was a drain in the driveway that was missing the cover so there was a big hole and it had a odor coming from it. The king bed was the only comfortable bed, even if thats the only thing that is replaced it would greatly benefit and putting the twin beds up on 3rd. I would absolutely return to this exact property if the beds were replaced. We all loved the area.
