We enjoyed our stay! The cottage was the perfect size for our group and it met our needs. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were delightful.

Nice place to stay! Great experience!

During the uncertainty of quarantine and whether the Governor would allow rental properties to rent, Vicki, our host was patient and kind answering questions and concerns we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to making this an annual tradition.

There was construction next door that started very early in the morning and lasted the whole time we were there. Perhaps they could have started at 9 a.m. instead of 7 a.m. It is normally a bit noisy in the morning here so the renos next door added to the noise level, but otherwise everything else was lovely.

Wish we could stay longer!

Nice and clean apartment but could use a few more kitchen items like smaller bowls for cereal and a few small nonstick fry pans. We purchased a few items and left them for the next guests.

Lakin was so pleasant and helpful, returned all our calls promptly.

We stayed in Tides 401 and it was a wonderful experience for us. It was so clean and newly decorated with great views of the ocean and well maintained pools and property. Nearby shopping and restaurants. View of the ocean from our living room and bedroom was so relaxing. Best vacation ever.

Your team was very responsive to all of our communications, before our stay and during. Your staff worked diligently to resolve the WIFI issue, I believe everything that could be done on a weekend was.

For a family with small children this property was large and comfortable. The pool was beautiful, but for much of our stay the waterfalls were not running. The beach was close, but not really within walking distance. We drove most everywhere. The house was in good condition with the exception of the hardwood floors that have seen their share of traffic. The rug that has been placed in the main entry way curled on both ends and was a constant tripping nuisance. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was well stocked and appliances were all in working condition. Overall a very pleasant stay for our family (total 6 adults, 3 children).
