Very nice property ~ advertised very accurately

We loved unit 301 at Tides! The property was clean and well maintained. The pools and beach bar were a nice amenity. And the beach was perfect!

They were great. Our condo was very clean and with the COVID-19 issue that was important. Well supplied and the 1-2 small issues we had were handled quickly. Responded to my emails before we came quickly.

I had something of an emergency when my booked condo was canceled by the owners. Geoffrey found me another place quickly. He kept me informed and his fast responses to my questions were above my expectations. The responsiveness from the team was excellent. From booking to answering questions during our stay, I always got very fast responses!

We had a great vacation! Our accommodations were nice and comfortable, the property was beautiful, the parking situation was easy and the overall security felt appropriate.

Great layout, fantastic supplies in the kitchen for anything you could need- you name it this condo had it!! Best supplied beach rental weve had in 10+ years of visiting the Destin/Miramar Beach area!

The condo is beautiful. We had a wonderful family vacation.

We had a great time. Short walk to OSteen beach. Beach is perfect for kids! Stores are also very close by, neighbors are friendly. Neighborhood is so nice and clean.

Ive been booking with them for about 11 years total ! Started off dealing with Vicki Gordon who was amazing ! Geoffrey Bracken is amazing and he deserves all the accolades and merits one person can take ! Hes perfect , helpful , prompt . I really appreciate his customer service. Havent heard from Lakin in a while but she was also very helpful and knowledgeable and honest . I legit love this company , the deals the customer service weve been shown over the decade

I will definitely be back here ! I loved it! The Beach House is an amazing location . Hearing the waves crash all day and night is just mesmerizing. Literally steps away from the beach . It was quiet and peaceful . Everyone was very mindful of the elevator leaving only two people or one family each time due to COVID. That was nice . The water pressure is genius in the showers
